01 | CONTEXT

"Summarizing incoming data graphically on Jotform, analyzing user experience, and improving it was a truly exciting experience for me"

Jotform Mobile App Mockup

During my internship at Jotform's mobile application, I developed a system to graphically summarize incoming form responses. This system enabled users to better understand form responses and analyze data more effectively.

Defining the problem: Analyzing JotForm mobile app esponses
Design Problem

Analyzing responses collected through the JotForm mobile application is important for business decisions. This process ensures a proper understanding of data and enhances business performance.

The analysis of data collected through the JotForm mobile application was presented through graphics. These graphics were used to help users better understand the data and support decision-making processes.

02 | UX Research
Minimum Viable Product (MVP) Analysis

MVP (Minimum Viable Product) analyses have guided our project in determining forward-looking steps in development. While focusing on simple and quick wins in the initial phase, we delved into in-depth research and development during the interim stage. In the final stage, we advanced our product by working on complex integrations and custom solutions.

Jotform Projects MVP
Persona

For the UX Analysis, a persona has been created representing an individual who is tech-savvy and adopts a data-driven approach. This persona utilizes the JotForm mobile application to collect, analyze, and visualize data. The goal is to enhance user experience and support business decisions.

Benchmark

This benchmark research has been conducted to assess our competitive position and identify best practices in the industry. The analysis of competitor products aims to highlight our product's strengths and identify areas for improvement.

Building an onboarding that informs and excites.

We've revamped the onboarding experience in the JotForm mobile app! Users now enjoy a smoother login and intuitive guidance to explore JotForm more efficiently.

Jotform Home

In the new mobile application, a menu named 'Results' has been introduced. Through this menu, users will be able to access summaries easily and have quicker access to the summary section of forms.

05 | Prototype

The exciting final step.

06 | Learnings

I'm amazed at how much I've learned from these few weeks in this role.

One thing that is not directly shown in my processes and results is my progress using Figma. As a designer, I believe it is important to continue learning and acquiring new tools or methods, especially based on the knowledge my mentor gave me.By championing user experience in line with the tool, I gained a stronger understanding of how design plays a role in product strategy and the tester journey.
