01 | INTRODUCTION
An online appointment scheduling application for doctors, patients, and hospitals, our project aims to streamline the process of booking medical appointments. With features catering to doctors, patients, and hospitals alike, users can easily select their preferred physician, create online appointments, and engage in messaging conversations.
02 | PROJECT GOALS
The purpose of this project is to reshape the medical appointment process by enhancing communication and collaboration among doctors, patients, and hospitals. We aim to improve access to healthcare services by providing users with an easier, faster, and more accessible appointment experience.
Our platform will enable doctors to communicate with more patients efficiently, reducing their workload, while helping patients access healthcare services more easily and effectively. By reducing barriers to accessing healthcare services, we aim to enhance the health and well-being of the community.

Before diving into the design process, I conducted necessary research to outline the flow users would follow in the mobile application. This laid a solid foundation for optimizing user experience and streamlining the
design process.

Onboarding
I added buttons for patients, doctors, and hospitals to improve the onboarding process, allowing users to determine their role before entering the application.
This thoughtful addition provides a fully customized experience from start to finish to meet the diverse needs of our user base on different platforms.
Sign Up / Sign In
User is introduced to the app, then prompted to fill in their information and a quick survey.
Home & Action Menu
Users can view their active appointments, see notifications, and search for doctors in the
screen designs.

I prepared detailed screen designs for patients, doctors and hospitals. Since the project is currently ongoing, only a few screenshots are provided.
Only patient screens are visible above. . I worked closely with the product team to define the details of each feature.
Successfully wrapped up one of my biggest projects which has 100+ screens.
